EARN Network is a collaboration of dozens of groups that publish reports on a wide variety of economic policies at the state and local levels.

Institute for Local Self-Reliance works on banking, broadband, energy, and recycling at the state and local levels.

National Caucus of Environmental Legislators has resources covering a wide variety of environmental issues at the state level.
